Included in the delivery of the protective cover, there are two protection films for free. Are they clear or anti-glare?

I have received my order, but the mailing did not contain the invoice. What can I do?
You always receive the invoice for your order via e-mail on the day of dispatch. Please also check the SPAM folder to see if your invoice has arrived.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
The usual delivery time for orders within Germany is about 1-3 working days. Shipping within Europe lasts approximately 5 working days, to countries outside Europe up to 10 working days. Rarely, the delivery is delayed. It might take then up to 3 weeks.
My goods have not yet been delivered. Do you have a tracking number?
We usually send our goods as items of ordinary correspondence, since they are very small. Unfortunately, for such shipments no tracking numbers are provided.
I have misstated my delivery address. What can I do?
Once your order has been paid and processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make any changes. However, if the goods return to us, we will contact you immediately.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
I have ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, the exchange of goods is not possible. You are welcome to return them in order to get refunded. In the meantime, you can order the actually required item in our shop.
I have received the wrong item. What do I have to do?

The ordered protection films are scratched or soiled. What can I do?
Have you already removed the two backing films? Our screen protectors always consist of three layers. Sometimes the outer films are scratchy or dirty. Nonetheless, the protective film proper usually remains unharmed and you can use them without any problems.
The ordered protection films cannot be applied bubble-free. How can I remove the bubbles?
It is highly advisable to use a credit card or similar with a long edge, when applying the screen protectors. Remove the air bubbles by gently smoothing them out. On our YouTube channel there are some installation videos. Here you can find one example:
It is very important that you apply the protection films in a dust-free environment, since, sticking to the display due to adhesive forces, dust from the room is also attracted, when installing. Some of our customers have reported that the application has been particularly successful in the bathroom after taking a shower, for the humidity in the room bound the dust particles.
The labels on the protection film have left a sticky residue. How can I remove it?
Our screen protectors always consist of three layers, the protective film proper and one upper and lower backing film each. The latter two films are provided with the labels. They serve the purpose of protecting the protective film from dirt and damage. So when applying the screen protector, you should consider not only to scrape off the labels, but to remove the backing films completely.
